They started the work when promised, kept me apprised of the status and even worked to get me back a higher rebate amount. Absolutely amazing and I would recommend them everyone!
I am SO impressed with Total Energy, Andy and team. We got 6 quotes before Andy, and no one else seemed to take the time to understand the challenges of the project. Andy didn’t push “sales tactics” on us; no rushing, no fear mongering. They installed 6 mini split heads and 4 compressors at my home, which was not well set up for a project like this at all – no ductwork, vaulted ceilings, and a very long footprint. But they made it work, despite all the challenges and I’m super pleased with the end result. And everything was on budget and done a day early.
